🧩 How does Sweeti work?
Sweeti helps you match with people based on shared activity interests. Once matched, you have 48 hours to propose a Sweeti Date. Your match then has 24 hours to accept or adjust. If it clicks, the chat unlocks and you’re free to connect and meet.
📅 What’s a Sweeti Date?
A Sweeti Date is a real-life activity proposal, like “walk by the ocean tomorrow at 5PM.” No endless chatting — here, we propose and live the moment.
🎥 What’s a Sweeti Call?
If you prefer to connect via video call first, you can propose a Sweeti Call instead. Your match can then choose to accept.

🔐 Do I need to be verified to use Sweeti?
No, but verification is required before proposing or accepting a Sweeti Date. It helps ensure profiles are real and trusted.
🔍 How does verification work?
It’s a fast, secure process — usually a quick selfie or short video. It’s simple, confidential, and user-friendly.
👁 Can I choose to only see verified profiles?
Yes! You can activate a filter to swipe only verified users.

📲 I can’t install or log into the app.
Check your internet connection and app version. If the issue persists, email us at contact@sweeti.co.
💬 I’m not receiving notifications.
Make sure notifications are enabled for Sweeti in your phone settings.
🧽 I want to delete my account.
You can delete your account in your profile settings. For assistance, feel free to contact us.
